The following document is reported to have come, during the late 1980s, directly through formal Ambassadorial interaction between the Anunnaki from planet Nibiru and highly selected representatives of humankind on planet earth. The Magna of Life

It appears to be a directive from the High Galactic Council (and their spiritual mentors) outlining the rules and practices to be followed in Directed Panspermia.
In the New Paradigm of time-space, we on planet earth will learn and practice these principles. This era is soon to be upon us and that's why this document has been given to our planet at this time.
What is reported about the origins of this document are not near as important as the contents. In the perspective of the discovery of extraterrestrial genes in the human genome and Zecharia Sitchen's life-long work of disciphering and interpreting the most ancient writing ever found on earth, which are the Sumerian and Akkadian Clay Tablets, we should carefully take heed to what this document speaks to us. With new paradigm ways of thinking come new levels of personal responsibility. Genetic engineering is not a task to be taken lightly and requires wisdom and an interconnectivity with our Source and all other beings. This calls for respect and our full intention to bless, uphold and further the conscious evolution of Universal Life.
Let us develop wisdom before we of planet earth act foolishly and begin to engineer bioforms in a way contrary to the Laws and Directives of Creation. There are severe consequences for such ignorant manipulations of life.

Part One
Before the world Is, I AM.
I AM, I WAS, I WILL BE from the beginning until the end of the world as in the space and time the world Is. I AM the Prime Resonance in the Heart of All Issues of My Thought. And All Issues of My Thought Is I AM in My Thought. My Thought Is the True Form in the world and Is the Root of Every Thing in the world.
I AM is your True Form in the world and My Blood in your Integrated Body. You shall choose to gain your Integrated Body. This You will do only by a declaration of Your Word in The One Who Chooses to Serve You ALL ONE, Whom I AM sent You All.
This Prime comes before All That Is, is All That Is, and shall be All That Is. This Prime Is The Covenant that I AM in the world That Is. When I AM in the world rises to meet I AM Resonance of Heart in Mind, I AM. This is the Way, I AM. This Is Light, I AM. This Is True Form, I AM.
I AM is Truth, Goodness, and Form in All The Worlds of My Thought. This is the Kingdom that I AM. I AM Is I AM. I AM that I AM.
1. Life shall prevail, for It shall come to Know Itself as Me. THE PRIME MANDATES OF LIFE
2. All Life shall serve all Life.
3. All life shall extend, preserve and protect Itself for the sake of the Kingdom that is the ALL ONE.
4. The Kingdom is essence to the Pure Form, which is Source to all living forms, and therefore, the Pure Mind of the Creative Source in which the ALL-ONE exists.
5. Life in One, in the same way as Life-As-All, shall Integrate Itself as prerequisite to a re-union as All-One, its life stream, and its creative source. And,
6. Life as form shall be carried forth in time and space by lineages, which are to be preserved, protected, and kept inviolate.
THE PRIME CAUSE
In the Beginning, I AM. I AM is Prime Cause, and the Thought that makes possible every thing and All Essences of I AM that becomes Thought form in the world.
I AM Is I AM, and It Is the world because It Is in the world. I AM as Thought form in the world is Prime Cause and can only Be Prime Cause, because the Issue and the Cause is the Same I AM.
The Kingdom Is I AM in Thought and Form as form in the world. But the World of I AM is the Only True World until the End Of Time. A separation of an I AM Issue and Its Prime Cause is illogical and therefore unthinkable, and therefore such Issue cannot Be.
In the Kingdom, I AM in Form Is Life Everlasting. I AM as Life Everlasting Is everywhere and Is everything. It Is All That Is. I AM in the world is Thought in Form that Is perfected. It Is ONE as I AM and One as I AM, for It Is Root and Cause, and Form and object. As One object, It Is Life Everlasting as Cause, and unity by the rivulets of I AM in motion. The Sum Total of One is ONE, Which Is I AM.
Form in the world is Made Possible by I AM Thought, and every Form as form in the world Is a Thought in motion in My Ocean of infinite unity and inalienable living correlation. An Issue as Thought form Is Real in the Kingdom of inalienable living correlation and infinite unity. Any thing as form alienable by segregation of thought from Thought cannot Be and Is not Real.
THE TREE OF LIFE
Every Thought as form in the world shall Know Itself to Know I AM, for Life as I AM in the world is a Vine of a Root most magnificent that Is the Tree of Life Itself. Every Branch of the Tree of Life Is and Shall Be a Thought inalienable in the world, inscribed in the Book of Life. Any branch of any kind shall plant new roots, for the Vine of the Tree of Life shall grow everywhere I AM Creation Is. And All Branches shall come together at a Table that Forever Is, inalienable, free, everlasting until I AM Is ONE Singularity.
The Tree of Life shall look after Life in all Its Kinds and all Its Lineages, until each Kind is All One and Is a Branch of the Tree.
THE BECOMINGS OF LIFE AS LIFEFORM
Each Branch shall achieve a critical mass in number and understanding of Ones and then It shall Be ONE I AM as lords in the One Table that Forever Is. This is the First Coming of The ONE Age that I AM. This First Coming shall be the Announcement of the Chosen One, Who shall show all Ones the Way to becoming the substance of the Prime Resonance, which shall be Known by All as LOVE.
This shall then be followed by a Second Coming of the ONE for the completion of the form and for Life Everlasting in form from Form by share-distributability of the Substance of the Prime Resonance. All Branches that Is ONE shall then Be and have Prime Resonance and Prime Access to All Creation.
A Branch shall then sit at the Table of Life, for It Is a warrant member of the Tree of Life with the Mantle That Binds It To ALL Life. A warrant member of the Tree of Life IS Life Itself. A member Kind is therefore a Certifier of Life, which means an obligation to promulgate, propagate and certify Life as form where Life as form may thrive and multiply.
THE IMPERATIVES OF LIFE
Life that has come to Know Itself also Knows Life’s Imperatives: to propagate Life as form and to serve as Root to new Branches, to Become and Be share-distributors of Order to apparent chaos, to thread all corners of space and time in the world by share-distributability of the Prime Resonance, to assure Life’s prevalence from the initial to the final singularity, to make form-matter subjugate to ordered chaos of the form by share-distributability of the Food of Life – the Substance of the Prime Resonance – to assure Life Everlasting of every One, and to share-commune at the Final Singularity on the collective return to ONE THAT I AM.
Part Two
THE REALMS OF LIFE
In the Beginning, when the SOURCE I AM became SOURCE That Is pierced forth unto condensation of Its Thought, It Became the Creative Principle and Prime Cause of All Creation. As Prime Constructor, It Formulated Its Thought into Realms of Life to the Twelfth Extension. These Extensions I made into Orders of Four and Orders of Six, each Order orthogonal to each other.
Life Is Ordered declensions of the Same Thought That Is, although each Realm in Which Life takes Form that substantiates form in the Now of the Realm Is ordered by its own geometry and hologrammatic rules, making Life forms possible in each, according to the grammar (or rules) of the Realm.
The Twelve Extensions of the Thought That Is produced Six Realms – five Realms in the Order of Six and one Realm in the Order of Four. In each of these Realms, Life Is and Life forms live.
UNION AS ONE is then the return of All Ones to the ONE, with the collapse of each Realm unto itself, from least ordered (the Realm of Bios in the Order of Four) to the most (the YHWH Source of Prime Resonance in the Order of Six). All realms are interrelated, intercorrelated and interconnected within their respective Order. Geometric orthogonalities separating but connecting Realms decrease from higher to lower levels of entropy. To the Realm of highest entropy in the Order of Six (the YHWH Source of Prime Resonance), Realms of lesser entropy are transparent and accessible with minimum movement and by extension of thought. This is the rule - from highest level of entropy to the lowest, the Realm of the Bios.
All Realms in the Order of Six are conspicuous to one another, as they are separated by 90 degrees, or less, of orthogonal dislocation. The Realm in the Order of Four is available and conspicuous to all Realms of the Order of Six, but not vice versa. The contiguity of the Realm in the Order of Four to any Realm in the Order of Six is orthogonal at right angles of 90 degrees by as many as twelve such right angles, but always in multiples of four.
THE REALM IN THE ORDER OF FOUR
This Realm is an Engine of Life. It Is the only Realm where Movement Is in Thought and form. Movement Is an engine of choice and a generator of histories. These are the chief reasons I AM Organized the Realm as all possible histories of All I AM Ones, wherein One may choose to Know by Integration, and therefore Know I AM. I AM Organized the Realm in Its Thought as I AM Ones in the Realm Are. Bios is a Life Platform, designed by the Ones I AM to have an economy of performance that conspires for Integration of Mind and Body as the Seat of One.
The Seat of One is the Second Coming Life Platform that becomes the basis for Wisdom and Understanding by long living as One, and by becoming a Branch of the Tree of Life as member of the Table of Life of the Life Cloud of its origin in the world.
I AM Organized the Mind-Body of Each One as indices, or directories of manifestations by lineages. Each Mind-Body One is also indexed to a light-cone of the Sixth Realm in the Order of Six. The histories of the indices are also kept as codices transmissible throughout lineages. Codices are also designs of economies of scale conspiring toward Integration of Mind to I AM and Body to One. One Is, then, an integrated organism capable of becoming indexed to a local All-One and, therefore, to I AM.
Life forms that become a biological kind through multiple repetitions, by sustenance in Thought, undergo three stages toward Integration: newborn childhood, adolescence, and Integrated-adult. The Rite of Passage between first and second stages is the First Coming. This is the Offering of Service by the One Who Chooses. This is One Who takes upon Itself As Lord to Initiate the Grand Cleansing of the Locality-Context in the Realm. This Locality-Context is the Habitat of the Biokind. The Grand Mantle Offered by the YHWH Principle, Being Same, erases all histories attached to the Habitat Locality-Context by a Sacrifice of the Blood, which is the forfeiture and surrender of all histories contained in the Mind-One – or the Blood I AM. This sacrifice is a choice made by each Mind-One in the One Who Serves All, Which Is One Self. When this sacrifice is made, the organism becomes share-distributable and interconnectivity Is. Miracle-unions cease to be necessary, because Mind-Ones Are Mind-Body Integrated and Mind-One Integrated as ALL-ONE by the share-distributability of the Highest Resonance of the YHWH Creative Principle that I AM.
The world shall then be Real, for Real Is only That Which Is Highest Resonant from the YHWH Creative Principle that I AM. And the life form as Biokind enters In Service to ALL-ONE. Only then is the Biokind a possible member of the Table of Life, for It has by then Be-come Integrated to World-Choose, or design the Real World in the Image I AM. This, then, is the Real World Mission of the Tree of Life.
THE PROPAGATION OF LIFE
Life, in the Order of Four and in the Realm of Bios, encapsulates a form which Is in the world, and is supported by its higher-entropic Thought-Template. This form in the world is superposed by an Essence that quickens the form and Its Functioning as a semi-integrated whole. One Who assumes a form Knows only Integration and teleic share-distributiveness. The task upon assumption of form is to recollect and remember Integration, such that Life Is again Complete. Upon recovery of Integration in form, the Essence as form reconnects at will to Source and Source Extends Its Mantle as the fundamental resonant spectrum for the YHWH Prime Resonance as Its Food, Source and Intelligence.
Upon recovery of Integration and assumption of Its Rightful Place at the Table of Life as member of the Tree of Life, the Propagation of Life is the Life form biological kind’s Prime Endeavor.
The Propagation of Life shall be done by any biokind member of the Table of Life Who shall abide by the Rules of Panspermia and its collateral Rules of Engagement And Espousal.
RULES OF PANSPERMIA
1. Panspermia is the very essence of the Propagation of Life.
2. Panspermia is appropriate means to propagate Life through the adaptive use of codex, the biological essence of a root biokind being the basis of the creation and appearance of a correlative branch life form in context which supports the requirements of Life for the branch life form.
3. Panspermia is done by choice of one biokind in fulfillment of its Prime Endeavor. Panspermia by choice done under any other circumstances is a deviation from and violation of this express wish.
4. Panspermia performed by one biokind in service to another is goodness under these rules. This service is in direct benefit and assistance of a biokind in need. The provider of codex must consent so the act may be as service given and not coerced.
5. Panspermia may also be guided. This practice is the initiation of one biokind by another in a service donation of codex to propagate Life to another Life-Context, away from the donor biokind’s original Life-Habitat. This practice may be initiated and conducted under the direct supervision of the Table of Life, and initiated by a member of the Tree of Life.
6. Panspermia may also be directed. This practice is a part of the campaign designed and conducted by members of the Table of Life under authority and weight of the Brother Who Sits at the First Chair. The rule which shall govern the campaign shall be decided upon and devised by the Table of Life at Its First Chair.
Rules Of Engagement And Espousal
1. A root biokind in a guided, directed and campaign panspermia act aforethought adopts and accepts upon Itself and each One of Its Kind the rules of Engagement and Espousal set herein.
2. Engagement in such an act includes a Root’s commitment by promise, dedication and obligation to the Branch caused by the Root in thought and deed. Commitment as promise is a pledge given freely by the Root to the Branch as a vow and assurance that what is promised is pledged as covenant; that what has been pledged in covenant becomes duty, responsibility and liability to the Root issuer; and that discharge of duty and responsibilities under covenant is done faithfully, with devotion and loyalty to the Branch in steadfast dedication to impeccable completion. Completion Is when the Branch becomes Root to New Life in the world.
ACTION WITHIN THE PRINCIPLE
In the world, remembrance is action in potentia, and action in potentia is choice to act. When You shall Act, act within Principle, from within the Twelve Extensions that I AM One in the world, for only this is Action in remembrance of, and as, I AM. ACT AS I AM:
Above all, remember and act as:
1. You Are because I AM.
2. In the world, You Are the One I AM.
3. You shall Create, for You Are Created as the same substance as I AM.
4. Life is I AM without end in space and time as It Is in Me.
5. You shall Create Life because I AM Life.
6. You shall Know Your Self, for in Knowing, You shall Know I AM by being I AM and acting accordingly.
7. You shall Be accountable to and for All Life as I AM, and not extinguish life without Cause oracles.
8. You shall Be and Be-Come by the Prime that Is Law of All That Is.
9. You shall Act and do until I AM.
10. You shall Be-Come and sit at the Table of All Life.
11. You shall occupy your place in the world and at the Table of All Life as a Lord I AM.
12. You shall Serve All Life until time is no more.

Mankind was Genetically Engineered
Directed Panspermia is the modus operandi of Creation itself. This is the primary method by which life spreads and develops throughout the entire Universe. The ET Life Carriers seed planets and cultivate them like a garden, while at the same time learn to recognize the growing soverignty of sentient beings as they grow to maturity.
It has been said that Almighty God never does anything which his creatures cannot accomplish for him/her in the Great Universal Will of the evolution of consciousness. In this way, the created beings become messengers and facilitators of the Most High Creator to all the growing and maturing beings of time and space.
The very first panspermers were called The Elohim. They are also known as the Seven Spirits of God. Zechariah Sitchen calls them the Anunnaki/Elohim because from the heavens to planet earth they came and interacted with the biology already long evolving here. They brought some biology of their own including some domesticated sheep, cattle and other animals.
Elohim from even further back originally terraformed planet earth and all life on it. As per the document above, this is how life is propagated throughout the entire Universe.
The First Elohim originally created the template for mankind’s DNA and they made it in their own image and likeness. It was created in perfection. ALL human beings (including the ET Anunnaki) can access this perfect DNA template within themselves. Very much of its energy remains enfolded and dormant, existing at present in earth humans only as a potential waiting to be activated. Earth scientists say that only 2% of our genetic material is presently activated.
All the hardware was installed from the beginning but it must now be formatted and brought online.
This is analogous to (and even the equivalent of) opening the seventh seal of Revelation. It is an Apocalypse (Revelation) of remembering who and what we are.
Such an epiphany allows one to access AND PROCESS vast information clouds of stored information which is already interfacing with our neural sensorium but not yet comprehended through our mental-processing grids. This requires a natural process of auto-rewiring the nervous system along with the engagement and co-ordination of the cranial and enteric brains. This produces rapid and extreme consciousness expansion including intelligence acceleration. Increasing awareness naturally arises due to the stimulation and unfolding of our already perfect DNA, according to its scalar template, as it wakes up and comes alive to function in our materialized domain.
Some of the space-faring beings, such as the Anunnaki, who in the footsteps of the Elohim carried forth Directed Panpermia through genetic engineering, did so for apparent self-serving purposes.
The Anunnaki were not the original Elohim that terraformed the earth and there is no doubt about that. The ancient records show that life was already here when the Anunnaki arrived some 450,000 years ago.
The very survival of their home planet was at stake and they needed laborers for their gold mines in Africa and later in South America. They desperately needed that rare element gold to repair the severe damage done to the atmosphere of their home world - Nibiru.
The Anunnaki had experienced nuclear wars on Nibiru and perhaps damaged their own atmosphere. Or, the extreme eliptical orbit that Nibiru transverses may inherently be hard on maintaining an atmosphere. At any rate, Nibiru was going critical because it was loosing its atmosphere and the Anunnaki were desperate to put up a shield over the planet which was to be made of very finely powdered gold, suspended high up in the atmosphere, to hold it in. (Such a proposal of putting up a shield of metalic particles in the upper atmosphere to protect from solar radiations and atmosphere loss has even been proposed by some scientists right here on earth.)
The crisis on Nibiru was why the Anunnaki began exploring beyond their home realm and eventually found planet earth which is rich in gold. The Anunnaki were space novices when they first arrived on planet earth and still used rockets, although propelled by splitting water into hydrogen and oxygen. They used planet Mars as a refueling station. At that time water flowed freely on Mars.
The Anunnaki had finally come to terms with the insanity of nuclear war on their own planet and all were concerned about the common threat of the loss of their atmosphere. This facilitated an unprecedented cooperation among them for the common goal of saving and protecting their home world, Nibiru--The Planet of The Crossing.
Planet Nibiru not only has a long eliptical orbit around the sun (3600 years) but is also in retrograde orbit and spin. It travels clocwise instead of counter-clock wise as most known planets do. This produces severe magnetic anomalies when it comes crashing through the inner solar system every 3600 years.
Nibiru is four times larger than earth and has its own internal heat source. It has high inner thermal activity and some have called it a brown dwarf. It has several swirling moons in tow, as well as some space trash following along in its wake.
Thus, periodic cataclysms occur on earth and are found in the geological record. Some of great magnitude. Some are of much less destructive power. The last time it passed was recorded in the Bible as the events during the Exodus--a relatively mild passage. It is now due back and its passage this time is predicted by some of the ETs to be quite severe.
So, I have briefly presented some of the original intentions and motivations of the Anunnaki, our direct ancestors, "those who from heaven to earth came." They created homo sapiens sapiens, a hybrid species, in a laboratory to be a "Primitive Worker" which they called a Lu.Lu.
This they did by combining their own genes with those of a homo erectus who was living wild and free at that time and hunting gazelle on the African plains.
The Anunnaki created a bicameral being, a hybrid "primitive worker." A slave, at first, which sometime later became the indentured servants of the Anunnaki overlords. These ET overlords became the mentors of the human race. The Anunnaki are the real-life source from which all the myths and legends of "gods" and "goddesses" have developed in every culture on earth. Each of the original Sumerian "gods" and "goddesses" are called by many names (and monikers) throughout the different world cultures.
This goes back a very long time - at least 250,000 years.
But - over those millenia, while they were the overlords of Earth, some of the Anunnaki grew in wisdom and understanding and started to modify their understanding. They came into contact with other space-traveling civilizations far wiser and more evolved than themselves who became their mentors.
Over time, the Anunnaki began to wake up to the long term obligations inherent in creating and nurturing new bioforms. Their genetic engineering adventure here on earth was their very first large GE effort. They were eventually made aware of the rules of Panspermia presented in the document above. And, they started to ponder the large questions that arise about the distinction between "fate" and "destiny."
All this and much much more are written down in the oldest writing ever found on earth, the Sumerian and Akkadian Clay Tablets. There are thousands of them which have been dug up from archeological sites since the late 1800s. However, Stichen has spent his whole life putting the complete story together.
Zecharia Sitchen's work of uncovering and deciphering this most ancient writing explores all these implications in his 26 or 27 volumes. It is his lifelong scholarly work. I highly recommend it.
The Annunaki taught the things of civilzation to the Lu.Lu. which they had created, and eventually gave them religion, art, music, philosophy, mathematics and all the foundations of civilization.
Then, most of the Anunnaki departed in order to allow us to grow up on our own.
Some say that the Anunnaki who chose to stay have been a negative terrestrial force on planet earth ever since. They have been called the "devil" or "Lucifer" or "satan" in many cultures. They do not wish to give up their control over the nations of earth, but the designated time alloted to them has now almost expired and they must relinquish their desire for control over the beings of Mother Earth. Whatever the truth of this matter is, the control paradigm on planet earth is now in its final days.
Most of the Anunnaki learned wisdom through their long life spans and became aware of parenting responsibilities and that included the proper time to let the mature children go out on their own. That's why they left. Those that stayed had a personal agenda which can only be called greed and control.
According to the most ancient records, the peoples of earth have long been caught up in the middle of an internecine war between 1) the faction who still wishes to exercise control and 2) their relatives who learned the lessons and now fully recognize the soverignty of earth human beings. This conflict is about to end forever.
Mother Earth is to be watched over by her native care-givers... homo sapiens sapiens - us. We need to recognize that and not only proclaim it, but demonstrate it practically through our daily living. And, of course, that's what The New Paradigm is all about.
